Following a burglary attempt on their property the clients wished to make some changes to help banish some memories.
Their initial request was to have a new kitchen fitted, which we were happy to supply and fit for them, but as with all of our clients, if appropriate, we will always offer alternative options for them to consider to ensure that they achieve the best value for money and at the same time achieve the desired outcome. We feel that this philosophy has in turn given our clients the ability to view our services with a much greater regard because we understand how important it is to our clients that they are provided with the confidence and knowledge their chosen builder is:
- always working to provide them with the best possible outcome,
- ensuring that they are faced with as little or preferably no sacrifices along the way, and
- never ignores the financial implications to their clients.
So the suggestion was put forward to change the face of the kitchen i.e. new doors and handles and make a few other minor alterations saving them a considerable amount of money yet still achieving the desired effect of what looks like a brand new kitchen. Some would think this is a silly idea doing ourselves out of work, but in fact it does quite the opposite as we have since been back and carried out 2 further jobs for this client.
