This client had recently embarked on a new business venture and needed a space at the property to function as an office. Their thought was to use the garage that was being used for storage somehow but were unsure as to how to achieve this without sacrificing all of their valued storage space and also they would rather not have to go outside to access the new space. But they didn’t think this would be possible.
We came up with a solution with all elements being successfully achieved. The garage was partitioned, leaving a storage area which we fitted with units to optimise storage. An internal access route was created by moving and pinching a small section of a shower room (the shower was also refitted and decorated).
The end result was a sizable office space, which we incorporated some lovely design features into, such as a partially vaulted ceiling.
