This client was looking to increase their living space by means of installing a conservatory at their property.

After considering all of the options available they opted to purchase a DIY conservatory which saved them a considerable sum of money when compared to the traditional method of appointing a specialist conservatory company.

However, following delivery of the conservatory, the prospect of the task in hand proved to be rather daunting, as they would have to first lay a concrete base and then erect the conservatory.

Therefore M & R were asked to install the base and conservatory and also to tile the conservatory floor with tiles the client had purchased.

The end result was still accompanied with a sizable overall cost saving.
